Prior to joining Colliers in 2021, Prashant was a Vice President at Marcus & Millichap and a Director at their National Hospitality Group, where he was consistently ranked in the firm’s top 10 producers. At Colliers, Prashant has ranked as Richmond’s #1 Top Producer in 2022 and #3 in both 2021 and 2023, earning Everest Club status in 2022 and 2023, an honor recognizing the top 10% of Colliers professionals nationwide in brokerage, valuation, and other specializations based on revenue. Before becoming a real estate salesperson in 2016, Prashant had been involved as an entrepreneur in transacting sales, refinances, and DPOs of multiple properties. Property types include Limited-Service, Full-Service, and Boutique Hotels affiliated with multiple brands. Prashant has worked with lenders, franchises, buyers, and sellers from around the country and produced results for his own businesses. He now delivers real-time information to his clients about the hotel/motel market conditions and the best ways to capitalize on forward-looking trends. Prashant is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.

The team has achieved more than $560 million in sales volume across the United States. They focus on exclusive seller representation and on the analysis and disposition of hotels and motels in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast markets.
